Dr. Patel earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2000. She then completed her medical degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago and finished her residency training at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, IL, a Level I Trauma Center, in 2007.

Following her residency, Dr. Patel has continued to serve as an Attending Physician at Advocate Christ Medical Center, where she mentors residents and plays an active role in advancing ultrasound education and clinical training.

Originally from Western Springs, Illinois, Dr. Patel practices across multiple hospitals and care locations throughout the Chicagoland area. Her clinical interests focus on venous insufficiency diagnosis and treatment, with a strong emphasis on improving patient outcomes through minimally invasive, ultrasound-guided techniques.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Patel enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her family, including her husband and children.
